Description:
Misodex Drench (Levamisole Hydrochloride) is a
fast-acting broad spectrum anthelmintic for the
control and treatment of gastro-intestinal
roundworms and lungworms affecting cattle,
buffaloes, sheep, goats and poultry.In addition to its
anthelmintic activity, Misodex Drench is also an
immune-stimulant & it enhances immune
responsiveness.
Indications:
Misodex Drench is indicated for the control &
treatment of mature & immature stages of gastro
intestinal roundworms and lungworms in cattle,
buffaloes, sheep, goats, poultry and exotic birds.

Round worms(mature & immature):
Haemonchus spp., Trichostrongylus axei.,
Trichostrongylus spp., Ostertagia spp., Cooperia
spp., Nematodirus spp., Bunostomum spp.,
Strongyloides spp., Oesophagostomum spp.,
and Chabertia spp.
Lungworms(mature & immature):
Dictyocaulus spp.
Poultry: Roundworms: Ascaridia galli.
Cecalworms: Heterakis gallinarum
Dosage & Administration:
Oral via a drenching gun. Shake well before use.
Cattle & Buffaloes:
10 ml per 20 kg b.wt.
(= 7.5 mg Levamisole per kg b.wt.)
Sheep & Goats :
3 ml per 15 kg b.wt.
(= 5 mg Levamisole per kg b.wt.)
Poultry:
2 ml per kg b.wt.
(= 30 mg Levamisole per kg b.wt.)
Withdrawal Period:
Meat: 3 days.
