Description:
Mycam7.5 Inj. (Meloxicam) is a (NSAID) of the oxicam class
which exerts anti-inflammatory action along antiphlogistic,
analgesic & antipyretic action.
Indications:
Horses: For rapid therapy of musculoskeletal disorders and
relief of pain in colic.
Cattle: For use in acute respiratory infections, diarrhea and
acute mastitis along with antibiotic therapy and pain after
dehorning in calves.
Dogs: For use in osteoarthritis and post-operative pain after
orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.
Cats: For use in postoperative pain after orthopedic surgery,
ovarian hysterectomy & castration.
Dosage & Administration:
Horses: By I.V. Inj. 8 ml per 100kg b.wt.
Cattle: By S.C. or I.V. Inj. 7ml per 100 kg b.wt.
Dogs: By S.C. or I.V. Inj. 0.25 ml per 10 kg b.wt.
Cats: By S.C. Inj. 0.2 ml per 5 kg b.wt.
Withdrawal Period:
Cattle: (Meat): 15 days, (Milk): 5 days.
