Description:
Rivaflor 100 oral sol. (florfenicol) is a broad
spectrum synthetic antibiotic which is a
fluorinated derivative of chloramphenicol
acts as bacteriostatic. It is very effective
against most gram negative & gram positive
bacteria & mycoplasma.
Indications:
Rivaflor 100 oral sol. is indicated for preventive
and therapeutic treatment of gastrointestinal
and respiratory tract infections caused by
florfenicol sensitive micro-organisms such
as E.coli., Salmonella spp., Pasteurella spp.,
Streptococcus spp., Actinobaccillus spp.,
& Mycoplasmosis in poultry.
Dosage & Administration:
Prevention:
1 ml per 2 litres of drinking water for 3 days.
Treatment:
1 ml per litre of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Withdrawal Period:
Meat & Eggs ………………………. 7 days.
