Description:
Taclonex w.s.p. is a bacteriostatic synergic association of Tiamulin
and Chlortetracycline. Tiamulin is an advanced generation
pleuromutilin derived semi-synthetic broad spectrum bacteriostatic
antibiotic which is highly active against Gram positive bacteria,
some Gram negative bacteria and Mycoplasma while
Chlortetracycline is a broad spectrum bacteriostatic tetracycline
which is very effective against E.coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella and
Mycoplasma. Taclonex w.s.p. is an ideal choice for the reduction
in severity of CRD (mycoplasmosis).
Indications:
Taclonex w.s.p. is indicated for the prevention & treatment of
colibacillosis secondary to IBD (Gumboro), CRD/CRD complex
caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum, E.coli. and Salmonella
enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Pasteurella multocida
infections in poultry.
Dosage & Administration:
Prevention: 1 gm per 6 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Treatment: 1 gm per 3 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Withdrawal Period:
Chicken (meat): 7 days
